This is huge, thank you Sarah! Maybe it is worth creating a whole video on this to raise awareness. The New Age simply guides us to get rid of fear like it is something bad, with no actual discernment involved. Just like with shadow self/ego, they guide to get rid of it, hid it, or move it away from us, while we need to become intimate with it and pay attention to how to decode that emotion and what it tries to communicate us.

Would it be okay to clarify these 2 points? 1) You make it a point to showcase the importance of placing the tip of the tongue on the roof of the mouth, so as to complete the circuitry. But, where do we place it exactly? Behind the front teeth? Or right in the middle in the roof of the mouth? Does it even matter? 2) You mentioned the process takes 7 days but what I counted was 5 days: 2 days before the Moon is in our Sun Sign, 1 day in the middle when the Moon is in our Sun Sign and 2 days after the Moon is in our Sun Sign. That makes 5 days of being consciously aware of this whole process. Could you let us know what you meant when you said 7 days? the synchronicities were endless... are.... still see her birthday everywhere... her name is everywhere... and i see her everytime i look in the mirror... but even our families size, ages, NAMES, deaths... were identical.... in so many ridiculous ways i know no one would ever believe me

The last 2-3 months working outdoors I had a few close encounters with large scorpions. I became weary (not afraid) and because of getting ready to do a solo trecking and climbing expedition, started to think about what I would do if I get stung by a scorpion or bitten by a snake. It takes a 4-5 gruesome descent to get back down from where I'm going. Today while working outdoors again, I kneeled down on the soil and got stung by one. The hospital ER did not believe me and waited until I went in to shock to give me the antivenom. I wasn't going die from the sting as I am physically fit and in my prime. The point is this, even though I am not afraid of Anything, becoming weary of something that "might" happen in the future, made it a "certainty" in the present. Fear is no different and may add a higher intensity to the event that one Will experience. We are here to be rid of ignorance through suffering. So if you are afraid of something and keep thinking about it, in my opinion it is the superconscious part of us (that is one with the source) that will make it happen. Not our lower consciousness. Be aware, don't fear and even if you're not afraid don't ponder on what "might" happen. To our superconsciousness and the source, whatever is in our mind is what we need experiencing. They'll make it happen.
